Modular wall mount column that bolts with 6 coach bolts. Quick and easy to install. Has 25 adjusting slots on front and 2 sides for training and storage. Numbered for easier usage. Forms the basis of the patented wall mount system.

Lower Body Arm Box Jump Combination – Calf Raise, Leg Extension, Pelvic Thrust
The Lower Arm Box Jump Set can be used for box jumps with the Box Jump Module and for bench press or squats when the arms are used on their own.

The lower body / spotting arms can be used to support bars and weights for squats when positioned higher, or for bench presses when positioned lower. There is also provision made for the Box Jump module. The lower body arms can support up to 700kg.

The box jump attachment is attached to the lower body arms.
